Face Value & Sale Price

As a ticket broker, Zooloo Tickets seeks out and purchases premium and in-demand tickets. Often, to obtain such tickets, we must pay above the face value to secure them for a client. As a general rule, remember that tickets to live events are a scarce resource and are subject to the same market forces as other goods and services. Thus, the sale price of the ticket you buy is governed directly by supply and demand.

Payment Policy

Payment must be made at the time the order is placed via credit card. We accept both Visa and Mastercard. If you are unwilling or unable to provide a credit card, you can choose to either make a direct deposit at a Scotia Bank branch or make a wire transfer and fax the confirmation to 403-244-0112. We will only accept cash if we have the tickets in hand (i.e, we don't have to put up capital to secure them) and will only hold the tickets for the short period of time it would take to pick them up from the office. We reserve the right to sell tickets after the agreed upon hold time has expired.

Return Policy

While all sales are final, tickets can be returned on a consignment basis. If we are able to resell the ticket, you will be refunded the resale amount up to the original sale price not including shipping and handling. For example, if you paid $100 plus $15 shipping for a ticket, and we were able to resell that ticket for $100 again, you would receive a full refund of $100.

Again, all sales are final. Zooloo Tickets is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged tickets. If an event is cancelled due to special circumstances (e.g an act of God, strike or lockout, the lead singer lost his/her voice, etc) inquire at the boxoffice about your ticket being honored for the rescheduled date or refunded for the face value. If you are unable to make the rescheduled date, we would gladly resell the ticket on a consignment basis.

We are an independently owned ticket brokerage and are not affiliated with any box office or ticket master.

All prices quoted include a service charge above the original box office or ticket master price. Service charges do not include delivery fees.

All sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges. Should an event be cancelled you will receive a full refund. Should an event be postponed, your original tickets will be valid for the new date. If you can not attend the new date a full refund will be issued once the tickets are returned to us (within 7 days).
